The origin of our group dates back the beginning of the 90’s, as a result of generated synergies by a team of professionals who shared their abilities in Great Real Estate Projects, in fusion with a structured finance.   Based on experience from the last twenty-five years in the real estate sector, we have obtained, thanks to careful observation of market dynamics, targeted acquisitions of properties that fit the peculiarity of a determined objective response, that in first place, would allow a certain result.

The real estate destinations preferred in our acquisitions must offer features of particular interest, privileging those in prestigious environments, to later offer these, as added value, a high level of design for new construction and upgrading existing ones.  Always using the best applied technologies, new materials, fashion style and art.   All together creating a return in proportion the investment, as much from the direct acquisition, as that which generated from the investments in association with it.

The fair respect for history, the ability to analyze the past as a tool of memory from the wealth of knowledge acquired from the job, the values, in a subjective will to improve and consolidate their own presence in Europe and The Americas.    A continuous search for beauty and harmony, combined with the solidity of investments.  Principles that have guided the last two decades of our primary vision and that have made our companies to an international level of excellence in the field of real estate.

A prominent figure is that of the engineer Francesco Intrieri, businessman and promotor who, once identified areas of interest, projected his own experiences to found different interconnected companies that would develop new initiatives in real estate destinations, financial, emerging technologies, and renewable energies.  He decides to create three main units of work in Europe, legally separated but intertwined with each other in order to achieve significant operational, financial synergies, cost-scale economies, greater control of purchase and sale prices, greater growth potential of income, reaching always, a product of the highest level.

Based on globalization, a careful analysis of the dynamism of the Caribbean economies, in addition to the continuous flexion of the European financial and real estate sector, it was decided to form the XOFORM INVESTMENT GROUP company of Dominican law, to which has been commissioned the important effort to identify and develop investments directly in the Caribbean and United States Markets, from time to time structured, depending on the proposed model, the anticipated planning for the best vehicles to be used in different fields of activity (Funds, Special Purpose Vehicle, Limited Partnership).

The XOFORM INVESTMENT GROUP is structured as an autonomous and operative holding company with its own funds.  The commercial and real estate business activities, make up the acquisition of areas for the development of large projects in the tourism, hotel, Clinical Hospitality and sports sector.  A holding that creates synergies in business, the structure and participation in partnership, joint ventures and Club Deal, with selected individuals of high integrity and distinctive experiences in their respective sectors.

All the projects are designed and realized according to fundamental concepts of sustainability, of Bio-Architecture, of Eco-Technologies, with emphasis on respect to the Environment, respecting the norms and foreseen regulations, also by the relevant authorities, and the global organizations in defense of the environment.

All of our new real estate destinations are designed and built following the basic concepts of applied eco-technologies, with special attention to the Kyoto Protocol, which in its essence provides the use of market mechanisms called flexible mechanisms, included within, the main one is the Clean Development Mechanism.   The objective of the flexible mechanisms is to reduce emissions at the lowest cost possible; in other words, maximize achievable reductions with the same investment.

Since 1995 the group has now launched 186 projects in the construction, restauration, green technologies and environmental sectors.   The total value of assets owned by our correspondents exceeds the one-billion-dollar mark, in addition to an invaluable structure of human resources.

Today The Group participates in the main challenges along the main axes identified for the growth of the core business:  the internationalization process of the own activities, which now sees a 26% of the consolidated sales generated abroad.   The extreme attention to technologies and investment opportunities that to capture the constant strengthening in the sectors of interests, with a business vision attentive to the changes in society and the evolution of the reference market.

Our Group is present today in the international market through a vehicle that articulates with three independent companies, as well as a operating Holding company in the Dominican Republic.
